Introduction
This guide is intended for customers who are looking enable Operator Connect with LoopUp for their users and need to give consent for use in specific countries.
Adding LoopUp as an Operator for the first time
- Navigate to the Teams Admin Center (TAC) https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard
- Choose “Operator Connect” from the left-hand menu under “Voice”
- Click the “All Operators Tab”
- Find LoopUp in this list and click the Logo, this list is alphabetical.
- Choose the countries you are interested in providing Teams calling to.
- Fill in the contact information required. You can only add 1 additional contact to this list.
- Accept the “data privacy terms” and then Add as my Operator.
- LoopUp is now consented for service with the chosen countries.
Adding additional countries for LoopUp
- Navigate to the Teams Admin Center (TAC) https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard
- Choose “Operator Connect” from the left-hand menu under “Voice”
- From the “My Operators” tab choose LoopUp
- Choose the additional countries you need to add consent for using the check boxes.
- Press “Save”.
- LoopUp is now consented for service with the chosen countries.
